Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel isolating. This summer, join a therapeutic parent group designed just for you – a space where you can connect, reflect, and grow alongside other parents navigating similar paths.
This 6-week parent psychotherapy group runs concurrently with our teen group and includes:
- Experiential learning (many sessions mirror teen group activities)
- Mindfulness practices for grounding and emotional clarity
- Space to share struggles, questions, and small wins with other parents
- Strategies for navigating social and emotional challenges that often come with parenting teens who think or feel differently
WHO IS THIS GROUP FOR?
- Parents of neurodivergent teens or preteens
- Parents seeking more understanding of their child’s social experiences
- Parents who want connection, clarity, and community
Whether your child is enrolled in the teen group or not, you’re welcome here. We believe that parents benefit from peer support and deeper social-emotional insight.
