Help your teen grow socially and emotionally this summer in a safe, judgment-free group designed for neurodivergent youth and those facing social challenges. This 6-week teen psychotherapy group blends naturalistic social activities, team-building, and mindfulness to help teens ages 12–14:
- Improve peer connection and conversation skills
- Reduce social anxiety and isolation
- Build perspective-taking and emotional awareness
- Practice self-regulation through calming techniques and movement
- Connect with other teens navigating similar challenges
WHO IS THIS GROUP FOR?
- Teens ages 12–14 who struggle with social connection or confidence
- Autistic teens, teens with ADHD, or those identifying as neurodivergent
- Teens who feel “on the outside” and want meaningful social interaction
Teens can express themselves without pressure, explore social understanding in a supportive setting, and just be themselves.
Parents are not required to attend the parallel parent group, but both groups complement each other (see other description for more information about the parent group).
FREE PRE-ENROLLMENT PHONE CONSULT REQUIRED
