Help your child build confidence, friendships, and emotional smarts this summer with the Connection Club – a fun, engaging and educational 4-day camp designed to teach essential social and emotional skills through play, connection, and collaboration.

This in-person camp is perfect for kids ages 7-9 who want to make friends, learn teamwork, and enjoy summer fun in a supportive environment!

CAMP SCHEDULE

Group One

• Mondays & Thursdays   |   9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Dates: June 16, 19, 23 & 26

Group Two

• Mondays & Thursdays   |   9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Dates: July 14, 17, 21 & 24

Cost: $540 per child (includes all 4 sessions)

Group Size: 4–8 kids per group (small-group setting for maximum support)

Location: Family Connections & Learning Center

WHAT TO EXPECT EACH DAY

Hour 1 – Social Club: Building Connection & Emotional Intelligence

Through our Social Club Curriculum, kids participate in hands-on, engaging lessons that help them:

• Understand emotions and self-regulation using brain-based strategies
• Practice empathy, perspective-taking, and flexible thinking
• Develop real-world communication skills – both verbal and non-verbal
• Learn conflict resolution techniques and how to build lasting friendships

Each session is packed with fun games and meaningful discussions that help children grow socially and emotionally.

Hour 2 – Team Building Adventures

Our second hour is all about collaboration, creativity, and group problem-solving. In these activities, participants will:

• Work together on obstacle courses, relay games, and creative challenges
• Strengthen cooperation, trust, and resilience
• Learn to listen, lead, and follow through shared group goals
• Celebrate every win (big or small) as a team

These activities are designed to help participants bond through teamwork while having a blast.

Hour 3 – Game Club + Movies & Snack Time

The final hour blends the excitement of our Game Club with a relaxing wind-down:

• Enjoy both classic board games and age-appropriate multiplayer video games
• Watch short, feel-good movie clips that spark discussion and laughter
• Enjoy snacks in a casual, social environment that encourages connection

Kids love this hour – it’s their time to socialize freely, practice what they’ve learned, and simply enjoy being with new friends.
